The Power of Crystallization

The power of crystallization, Papy’s honey comes in an unfiltered form. This practice is tricky to pull off for artificial producers because it’s dependent on the substance being naturally high in carbohydrates and low in water (roughly up to 16%).
The crystallization that occurs in our honey is an indicator of its quality. Papy’s honey is extracted from beehives by pouring it over a form of mesh, or nylon, that keeps the substance larger impurities – whilst maintaining all the natural pollen and other nutritional elements in honey.
The beauty of unfiltered, raw honey is that it’s purer. This fundamentally makes it more nutritious and free of any artificial sweeteners or hidden sugars – we let our honey do all the talking in this regard, on top of that you will notice that crystallization process actually preserves all the best qualities like, taste, texture and its natural smell.

PERFECTION IN PURITY

In a world that’s obsessed with maximizing production at the cost of quality and organic harvesting, unfiltered and unadulterated honey is becoming more and more scarce both in Europe and beyond.
Some producers who claim to possess organic means of production position their hives in smoggy areas that risk being contaminated to an extent by pollution from busy roads and the smog that emanates from built-up areas.
With Papy’s honey, you can rest easy knowing that your sweet treat was sourced in a serene area populated by wildflowers and local forests.

A story 50 years in the making

1970 may not be remembered as a time focused on mindfulness and sustainability, but it’s where Papy began his environmentally conscious development of honey by the forests of South Lithuania.
Produced in fields located far away from any roads or pollution, the honey is the product of a family harvesting process that’s entirely free of artificial practices or big-business mechanics.
All honey is ethically produced and its quality is regularly certified by 3rd party inspections and community sampling. Here, the honey is naturally preserved as a raw product, otherwise known as unfiltered – which means the content is distributed as it exists in the beehive.
The fact that the honey can be delivered around the world in its purest state, with zero compromises over quality or integrity is a testament to the love and care placed into the process of its development.
